I am much more forgiving of smaller companies. But how could Nokia.com make such a mistake? Did they go cheap and hire some fresh graduates? This is the sort of thing that is very damaging to our industry. If the average end user sees that a huge company like Nokia can't seem get it right, then they assume all software developers must be idiots.

This also makes me wonder. Had a physical address been specified for the billing address, would they have shipped to the billing address? And is the credit card entered very safe considering such blatant mistakes as this?
