There was no kidnapping
The FBI claims that in Nov 2006 I kidnapped a child from the United
States and the FBI caused a Interpol
Red Notice to be issued for me. I was not in the US in Nov 2006, and
neither was the child that I supposedly kidnapped.

Indictment
In a supporting affidavit, even the lead FBI investigator states that I
was not in the US in Nov 2006.
The
visit mentioned in June 2006 was a one week visit to return Aarys for
summer visitation with his mother, I have not lived in the US since
early 2001.

The FBI was aware that the documents they used to indict me
contained false information, but they said they were only "filing them"
and were not responsible because they did not issue them. Despite the
fact that this started as a custody case, the current problems are not a custody
case. It is quite clear that the FBI is charging me with a kidnapping
that is not possible. I have posted

So where is the FBI getting their evidence? Eye witness testimony.
But their
eyewitness is my ex-wife, Nancy Oberlander.

In Oct 2009 I was detained
and held in a Bulgarian prison which was known to not even meet
Bulgarian prison standards, let alone international standards. The US
requested my extradition, but Bulgaria denied it because the charges do
not meet the requirements of the treaty. The US knew from the start I
would not be extradited, but purposefully used this to harass me.
